Cancellations can be made via email or by phone. Upon cancellation, an email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm cancellation of order. If you paid with a debit\/credit card, the payment will be refunded to your account\/card within 15 business days. Caviar refund<\/p><p><strong>RETURN\/REFUND<br \/><\/strong>As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. Caviar Heritage will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order is delivered. Caviar Heritage is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of deliveries being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.
